Menu Option

Description

New Window

Opens a new window displaying the same perspective as the current window.

Open Perspective

Opens the selected perspective in the workbench. To change your preferences, select Window>Preferences>Workbench>
Perspectives page.

Show View

Displays the selected view in the current perspective. To configure how views are opened, select Window>Preferences> Perspectives page.

Show/Hide Editors

Toggles to show or hide the editor area in the active perspective.

Lock the Toolbars

Toggles whether the toolbar can be manually reorganized.

Customize Perspective

Allows you to customize the current perspective by showing or hiding various action sets. The first three categories (File>New, Window>Open Perspective, Window>Show View) control which actions appear as top level items in their respective menus. The last category (Other) controls which action sets are visible in the perspective.

Save Perspective As

Allows you to save the current perspective as your own custom perspective. To re-open this perspective, select Perspective>Open>Other.

Reset Perspective

Resets the layout of the current perspective to its original configuration.

Close Perspective

Closes the active perspective.

Close All Perspectives

Closes all open perspectives in the workbench.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Contains shortcut keys for navigating between views, perspectives, and editors.

Switch to Editor

Opens a dialog box for managing open editors and quickly switch between editors.

Preferences

Allows you to indicate your preferences. These include preferences for configuring the appearance of Unwired Orchestrator and its views and for customizing the behavior of the tools.
