The Server Instance Management Monitoring view provides tools to assist with managing and monitoring business processes running in persist mode. This view allows you to do the following:
Query a runtime instance to identify active, complete, and failed business processes.
View and filter a list of failed business processes for each runtime instance.
Select specific processes for which details of the error causing the business process failure can be reviewed.
Choose to remove or recover failed business processes.
The Server Instance Management Monitoring view provides a static view of a runtime instance, allowing the user to refresh the instances statistics on command. As a static view, the statistics and error information remain available to the user even after the user performs other functions from the Administration perspective. Unlike a property sheet, the Server Instance Management Monitoring view does not switch as the user clicks on other running instances. To view statistics and error information for other instances, the user must close the Server Instance Management Monitoring view and open it again for the next instance.
Notes:
A runtime instance must be running to view statistics using the Server
Instance Management Monitoring view.
The view allows you to monitor and manage business processes running in
persist mode. For additional information about persist and non-persist
modes, see Transactionality
and Errored Business Processes.
