The agent component handles the final hookup and configuration of the runtime environment. It generates the server configuration entries that are directly or indirectly required to successfully execute the business processes in the package.
In the Server Explorer view, right-click on the runtime instance
Select Deploy Instance.
During deployment, the agent creates the remaining configuration information that is required by the runtime engine and creates the metadata used by the engine.
