Setting preferences allows you to define user and implementation settings. Appearance preferences specify the editor colors, canvas settings, icons and lines. When you change appearance preferences, the change affects all editors across all projects.
To set preferences for editor appearance:
From the Preferences navigator, select Appearance. The Appearance preferences window displays.
Change any of the following:
Canvas color
Snap to grid
Grid appearance
Undo stack size
Icon label font
Line color, width, and routing
Line label color and font
Note: When you change line routing, the change affects all lines in all business processes in the project. If you have a created a business process with manually drawn circular-effect lines and change to direct or manhattan (90-degree angle) lines, the manually-drawn circular lines lose their perspective.
Click Apply to make the changes or Restore Defaults to return to the original configuration.
Click OK.
The dialog box closes and the changes appear on the editor's canvas. If a setting change requires re-starting the Eclipse Workbench, you will be prompted to do so.
