Adding a User-Defined XSLT Extension Function to a Map

If the selection of XSLT functions provided in the Map Editor does not meet the needs of your business process, create your own user-defined extension functions and add them to a map.

To add a user-defined XSLT extension function to a map, complete the following sequence of tasks:

1. Make the extension functional available for use in maps.

2. Edit the MAPexpression.xml File.

3. Use the extension function in a map.

4. Test your map.
