[CR #292878] A new PortalAdmin user cannot display a catalog page that has a J2EE role associated with it.
Workaround: After changing the user’s
set of roles, you can manually flush the permission cache by using
Jaguar Manager. Right-click Roles and select Refresh to
flush the permission cache.Alternatively, change the value of permcachetimeout to
a very small value to limit the window of inconsistency.In Jaguar.props,
change the following property (in seconds):
com.sybase.jaguar.server.authorization.permcachetimeout=7200
