Backup Server hangs when issued an RCP to dump a database

[Bug #242917] When you try to do a database dump on a 16K logical page size Adaptive Server, the RPC to the Backup Server hangs. This is likely to happen during times of high activity.

Workaround: kill the Backup Server and restart the dump.
