[CR # 240008] On both 32-bit and 64-bit AIX systems, you cannot automatically enable the Adaptive Server monitoring counters to start when you start Monitor Server.
Workaround: Enable the counters by connecting to Adaptive Server using isql. Enter:
dbcc monitor ("sample", "monitor_access", "on")
