Emulated instructions warning on DEC

[Bug #236936] Machines running the ev4 or ev5 processors (less than 350Mhz) may get instruction emulation warnings, such as:

inst emulated pid=nnn <prog_name> va=0xvirtual_addrpc=0xpc_addr inst=0xactual_instr

The operating system (OS) will grab trap for byte/word instructions and execute them as if an ev6 processor instruction. Due to this, emulation there may be a performance degradation.

Machines running the ev6 processor and greater do see performance gains.

The emulated instructions warning display can be turned off using iec.
