[Bug # 234103] When you reconfigure Adaptive Server to increase number of user connections, number of open databases, or the number of engines at startup, these new instances are not visible in the PerfMon instance window.
Workaround: To monitor Adaptive Server using the PerfMon tool, restart Adaptive Server after reconfiguring number of user connections, number of open databases, or number of engines at startup.
