Microsoft ActiveSync is required for transferring applications to your mobile device. You can download the latest ActiveSync version from a link on the Microsoft Web site. If you are developing PocketBuilder applications on a Windows Vista machine, use the Windows Mobile Device Center instead of ActiveSync.
