Stacked graphs

In bar and column graphs, you can choose to stack the bars and columns. In stacked graphs, each category is represented as one bar or column instead of as separate bars or columns for each series.

The sample is a stacked graph titled Printer Sales with a value axis of sales in units and a category axis of Quarters. Four columns are shown for the four quarters. Each has three segments shaded to represent, from bottom to top, Cosmic, Galactic, and Stellar sales.
