Reusing e-FTP scripts for multiple systems [EBF 4.2.3]

The e-FTP module can now obtain the script file name, server name, user ID, and password from the communications channel. With this added functionality, you can reuse the same e-FTP scripts for multiple systems by referencing different communication channels. Previously, only the script file name came from the communications channel; you could obtain the other information only from the script file itself.
