This section describes how to lock and unlock a user’s account from Enterprise Security Manager.
Only the PSO can
perform login lock and unlock, and authorization lock and unlock
tasks.
Locking a user’s account
In the Organization Manager tree view, select the organization and highlight Users.
In the right pane, highlight the name of the user, right-click, and select Edit User.
In the Edit User dialog box, select Account is Disabled, and click OK.
Unlocking a user’s account
In the Organization Manager tree view, select the organization and highlight Users.
In the right pane, highlight the name of the user, right-click, and select Edit User.
In the Edit User dialog box, unselect Account is Disabled, and click OK.
