Most environment variables are set by wrapper scripts during runtime. The environment variables required by SNMP are set by the e- Biz Impact server. After you have installed e-Biz Impact, see the e-Biz Impact Getting Started Guide for complete configuration information.

To use the new Java component of e-Biz Impact, you must edit the wrapper template provided to set JAVA_HOME on Windows or JVM_ROOT on UNIX to the location of your Sun Java SDK 1.4.2 or later directory.
