Because e-Biz Impact uses the SNMP EMANATE Master Agent instead of Windows SNMP agent (SNMP Service), you should disable the Windows agent. This ensures that SNMP EMANATE Master Agent service runs by default when you restart your computer:
Select Start Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services.
In the Services window, right-click SNMP Service and select Properties.
In the Properties window on the General tab, for Startup Type, select Disable from the drop-down list.
Click OK, then close the Services window.
