EC Gateway Operations Viewer supports four main types of reports—exception reports, activity reports, management reports, and other reports. To access the reporting module, click the Report icon within the EC Gateway Operations Viewer selection window. The reports are then presented on the right side of the desktop, in a Windows Explorer folder/file format. Once the required report is found, it can be selected by double clicking on its name. After entering pertinent selection criteria, the report will be presented, and can be directed to any Windows printer. Reports in the reporting module can also be exported to a different format or sent to the printer.
The following are the types of available reports:
Exception reports – provide information about both operational and EDI errors.
Activity reports – provide information about the daily activity of EDI through the EC Gateway.
Management reports – provide information about managing your EDI program, activity with trading partners, and variances.
Other reports – existing user-defined reports.
