EC Gateway supports four main types of reports:
Activity reports – provide information about the daily activity of EDI through EC Gateway
Exception reports – provide information about both operational and EDI errors
Management reports – provide information about managing your EDI program, activity with trading partners, and variances
User-defined reports – run ODBC reports that are already defined by the user.
To access the reporting module, click the Report icon within the EC Gateway selection window. The reports are then presented on the right side of the desktop in a Windows Explorer folder/file format. Once you identify the report you want to create, select it by double-clicking on its name. Enter the selection criteria The report is then created; you can direct it to Lany Windows printer. You can also export reports to an e-mail address, save them to disk, or send them to the printer—all in several different file formats.
