This command sends a Microsoft Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) command from the client to the server. These commands allow the remote operation of specific applications in a Windows environment.

Many of the DDE commands require arguments enclosed
in quotation marks. Because quotation marks indicate the beginning
and end of a string, in some applications you may have to use Chr$(34)
to represent a quotation mark in a command string.
