Shut down the version 15.0 test system.
Re-create the older (current production) release test system.
Re-create the older environment, using your re-creation scripts and procedures.
Load the older production system dumps.
Run dbcc commands (checktable, checkalloc, checkcatalog) on the older databases. Verify the dbcc log and error log.
Run checkpoint on the older release test system.
