You cannot deploy a .NET Assembly target if it is referenced by another .NET target and that target has been expanded in the System Tree in the current PowerBuilder session. The error message is “Error when compiling generated C# code.” To work around this issue, restart PowerBuilder and deploy the .NET Assembly target before you expand the target that references the assembly.
