Because PowerDesigner is ANSI based, PBLs with multiple languages do not display correctly in the PowerDesigner plug-in and non-ASCII characters are not generated correctly when you reverse-engineer a PowerBuilder target or generate a PowerBuilder target from a UML class diagram using the PowerDesigner plug-in.
