Due to an upgrade in the underlying Axis technology, you must apply EBF 13293 to EAServer 5.3 before you deploy a PowerBuilder NVO as a Web service or access a Web service from a JSP target running in EAServer.
Additionally, to make the JSP Web service feature work, you
must assign the following value to the com.sybase.jaguar.server.jvm.options setting
in the Jaguar.props file in the EAServer repository,
separating it from any other setting value by a comma:
-Dorg.apache.axis.transport.http11.chucked=false
