If you designate as the active database a database that was previously added to the replication system, the RepAgent thread for the active database shuts down when you create the logical connection.
Reconfigure RepAgent with sp_config_rep_agent, setting the send_warm_standby_xacts configuration parameter.
Restart RepAgent.

If you are using an LTM as the replication agent, start the LTM using the -W command line flag. Refer to “ltm” in Chapter 7, “Programs,” in the Replication Server Reference Manual for information about the ltm program.
