Enter Key Label – some text to uniquely identify the certificate.
Select Validity Period from the drop-down list – 5 years is recommended.
Select Cert. Usage – select both SSL Client and SSL Server.
Select the Mark Private Key as Exportable check box.
Click Next.
In the next window, enter the information for your organization and check the Generate Test Certificate check box. Click Finish.
A pop-up displays indicating success. Click OK.
For a server certificate, the “common name” is
the fully qualified host.domain the server runs on.

Under Certificate Label, select the certificate you created, and click OK.
Restart EAServer.
