Check the Replication Server log to verify that the values for data_server and database specified in the create connection command exactly match the values specified for the Replication Server RS_source_ds and RS_source_db configuration parameters, and that they exactly match the values specified for the Mirror Replication Agent rs_source_ds and rs_source_db configuration parameters.
Use the Replication Server admin who command to look for the Mirror Replication Agent instance in the list of replication system servers.
