When pdb_capabilities is invoked, it returns a list of the capabilities of the Mirror Replication Agent instance.
The purpose of the pdb_capabilities command is to support the Replication Server Manager.
The pdb_capabilities command is valid when the Mirror Replication Agent instance is in either Admin or Replicating state.
