If you need to migrate DRE data from a previous Portal Search installation there are a few steps you must follow; if you do not need to migrate DRE data then proceed to “Deploying Autonomy Portlets”.
Your Portal Search installation directory will be referred to as <PS_Install_Dir> from this point on. The directory is typically found under your Sybase installation directory, for example, $SYBASE/PortalSearch.
Migrating Portal Search DRE data
Open <PS_Install_Dir>/Engine/PortalSearchqueryh.cfg in a text editor.
Locate the [content_template] section.
Change the line TemplateBody=templates/contentbody.txt to TemplateBody=templates/contentbody_limitedfields.txt.
Save the file.
Restart the PortalSearchqueryh process.
Follow the instructions outlined in the Search/Docs/Upgrading_to_IDOL_server.pdf file.
