[CR# 425348] When stored procedures are marked for replication, the procedure is modified to record its parameter values in Mirror Replication Agent system tables created in the database. If, after failover, the primary database is re-materialized from data at the standby site, the modified procedure and Mirror Replication Agent system tables are overwritten, disabling replication of the stored procedures.
Workaround: After re-materialization, perform a full initialization of the Mirror Replication Agent and re-mark objects you want for replication.
