You cannot upgrade an existing installation of DirectConnect. You must install and configure the current version of DirectConnect.
Install DI Suite 1.2 in the existing installation directory. See “Installing DI Suite components”.
The current version of DirectConnect does not overwrite
the earlier version as it gets installed in a separate directory.
Create the DirectConnect server and services. See the Enterprise Connect Data Access 15.0 Installation Guide for information on how to create the DirectConnect servers and services.
