By default, a publisher or subscriber identity consists of:
A queue name.
A queue manager name.
A correlation identifier (optional). You can use the correlation identifier to distinguish between different publishers or subscribers using the same queue. Each publisher and subscriber can be assigned a different correlation identifier. This allows several applications to share a queue. It also allows a single application to differentiate publications originating from different subscriptions.
