Description: If you have installed ESD #1 for ASE 12.5.4 or ASE 15.0.1, then the Database Development tooling does not enable setting of breakpoints for long names in ASE.
Workaround:
Set a preference to disallow breakpoint setting:
Launch Sybase WorkSpace.
Select Window | Preferences from the main menu bar.
In the left pane, select Sybase | Database Development | SQL Debugger.
Select Always under Disable breakpoint toggling when the editor is dirty.
Click Apply to save your preferences and click OK to close the dialog.
