Before you can use any of your existing maps, you must upgrade them to the current version of ECMAP.
Upgrading your maps
Open the Map window in ECMAP and select the map to be upgraded.
Each time that you select a map that has not already been upgraded, an error window displays the message:
Please run the update database option
Select Utilities | Update Database structures, and the program automatically updates the database structure for the selected map.
You must perform this step for each map that needs to be updated.
After you have updated the database structures for all of your maps, regenerate the maps. For information on updating and generating maps, see the ECMAP User Guide.
