Auto indexer does not work

Description The autoindexer does not work.

Solution Restart the autoindexer:

  1. Go to the %SYBASE%\PortalSearch\Engine\main directory on Windows

  2. Delete the indexq.dat file:

  3. Restart the PortalSearchQueryh DRE service.
