[CR #442320] When building Siebel Web services applications, if you enter nothing for some input parameters/nodes, these parameters/nodes are removed from the request sent to the Web Services server. In some cases, this is fine.
Workaround: To send the node
with an empty value, enter "_0_" as
the input value instead of leaving it blank. This enables the empty
node to be sent to the Web Services server.
