[CR #436725] When you set a content cache interval for a new application, then add the application using the following steps, Refresh does not add your application to the push synchronization GUI:
In Mobile Users, select Profile.
Right-click “List Subscription” and select New | Add an application.
The same thing occurs with the following:
In any application in Mobile Web Studio, select Show Subscription.
Click a profile and select New.
Select “Add a user to the application,” and select a user.
You do not see any users added to the application.
Workaround: Log out, then log back in to see your newly added application for push synchronization.
