[CR #453928] If you redeploy an application to a client in MobiLink without first deleting the older version of the database in the client database, you see an error message and the reployment does not work. The error occurs because the older version of the application has a different internal record number (the uaseq column) than the new one.
Workaround: You can either:
Delete the application data, or
Delete all *.usm and *.udb files except for base.usm and localdb.usm.
