M-Business Anywhere licenses are no longer included with Unwired Accelerator. Unwired Accelerator 8.0 requires M-Business Anywhere 6.0, and no longer supports “Mobile application” (but continues to support channels, group and public). Enable M-Business through global.properties.xml parameters.
Answers Anywhere™ – must now be enabled through global.properties.xml parameters.
The continuous capture window has been removed from the Application Builder wizard.
Split screen is now enabled through global properties by setting split-enabled to “true.” The default is set to “false.”
Database connection management is no longer managed from the global.properties.xml file. Unwired Accelerator 8.0 now uses container-based management of database connections using the Tomcat server .xml file. See the Administration Guide for information about setting up data source resources and connections.
