[CR #347699] If you are creating a web portlet in Portlet Manager, and supply an incorrect URL, the system displays a “stack overflow” error. When you click OK, you will see “Error 404--Not Found” indicating the URL address cannot be found.
Workaround: Supply the correct URL.
