[CR #343320] After installing Enterprise Portal 6.0, each time the WebLogic server is restarted, WebLogic reports a failed connection. The error is “java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused,” and is followed by a stack trace. This occurs because the portal starts automatically before the WebLogic Listener is initialized.
Workaround: You can ignore this error message, since a connection succeeds as soon as the Listener is initialized.
