[CR #314249-1] If you plan to use a language other than English, you must configure the Oracle database to support multibyte characters. Consult the Oracle documentation for information and procedures. Keep in mind the Portal Studio limitation noted in CR #337466 (“Support for multibyte characters”), and the published Web services limitation noted in CR #311762 (“Published Web services cannot use multibyte characters”).
